Yesterday

Standing infront of the job as usual. I started to sing my new song that i have been working on. And of course i was getting into it. So loud in fact that i felt  and saw customers heads turned. I kept singing and i caught the eye of a young girl. And all she could do was smile.....I started to sing to her and she smiled more....After while i had to go to the back for something, and as i made my way up to the front she came over to me all by herself in a very shy and humble way with that same smile and she said "YOU SING GOOD". Then she started to smile more....Her mom and her ssiter were checking out and i said outloud how much that made feel good and i thanked the young girl. For a split second by the way she came up to me i felt as if i was a real famous singer.....for her recognizing me like that her mom turnde and asked what she said i told her. No one told the little girl to say that.......and truthfully i love compliments from kids more than the ones from adults because.....they seem a liitle bit more genuine and i have to admire the courage it takes for a 7 year old (thats about how old she was) to go up to a complete stranger and say something like that. Plus who knows what the young gilr listens to. She not old enough to have her mind corrupted by the ideas and viwes of her other peers to tell her what she should think is good.....and no one was telling her yesterday to think my singing was good she thought it all by herself.. I think sometimes when you reach a certain age level when people compliment you on your art or creativity it can be coming from hidden agenda or the outlook based in their age group at the time - so i reALLY value her comment. I feel as if she was the only person in that store. I mean i did seem to acvtually start just singing to her cause she seemed to be the only one lsitening. And if she is and remains my only fan......i'll take that cause what she said and how it made me felt was better or just as good as having a million fans...............i should have got the little girl name.....but for now "cute 7 year old ross csutomer" will do

                  -Thank you Sheezy!!!!
